NHS App not working for prescription requests

We apologise for any inconvenience, but we are aware that patients are currently unable to order repeat prescriptions through the NHS app. We have reported this problem and are awaiting a resolution. In the meantime, it is possible to order repeat prescriptions electronically through the Vision Patient Services system. Please collect a form from reception to sign up for this.
