Please note that this is for non-urgent queries only. We will triage your query and respond as appropriate – for example we may check your test results and let you know if further action is required, a GP may review your query and ask you to phone the surgery to make an appointment or we may signpost you to the most appropriate service to deal with your issue.

Please use the online triage consultation form to contact us about non-urgent clinical and administrative queries. Please do not email us with these queries.

For urgent issues, please telephone the practice on 020 8977 5481.

Please do not request prescriptions through the online triage form. Repeat prescriptions should be requested via the NHS app, Patient Services, through your pharmacy or in writing to the surgery.

If you have any queries about appointments please telephone the practice and speak to one of our receptionists.
