There is ramped access at the front of the building (entrance in Park Road). Please ring the bell for assistance. There is a toilet located on the ground floor in the waiting area which has wheelchair access.
Please make it clear to reception staff when booking if you need to seen downstairs, or need any other form of assistance. We will do our best to help. If you encounter any problems because of a disability please discuss with our practice manager who will endeavour to find a solution to your problem.
We are able to book translation services (including British Sign Language) if required. If you require this service please let reception in advance know when booking your appointment
Prams, baby buggies and bicycles may be parked in the front garden at the owner’s risk. We advise that you padlock them to the railings.
Nursing mothers: Unfortunately we do not generally have a private room that we can offer for breast-feeding, but mothers are welcome to breast-feed theirs babies in the waiting room. If this is not acceptable please speak to one of our receptionists and we will try to find alternative space for nursing your child.
Chaperone: If you would like a chaperone to be present during your consultation please let reception know. We have a number of members of staff who are trained chaperones and would be happy to accompany you if you would like.
