We are committed to improving access for all our patients. If you have specific accessibility needs please do let us know and we will strive to help.
There is ramped access at the front of the building (entrance in Park Road). Please ring the bell for assistance. There is a toilet located on the ground floor in the waiting area which has wheelchair access. We are sorry, but we don’t have a lift at the practice.
Please make it clear to reception staff when booking if you need to seen downstairs, or need any other form of assistance. We will do our best to help. If you encounter any problems because of a disability please discuss with our practice manager who will endeavour to find a solution to your problem.
We are able to book translation services (including British Sign Language) if required. If you require this service please let reception in advance know when booking your appointment.
Please use the online triage service (available through the ‘Contact us’ tab on our Home page) to make medical or administrative requests if you are unable to access us via the phone.
