Services available over Christmas and New Year period
On behalf of everyone at Park Road Surgery we would like to wish all of our patients a very happy festive period!
Please note that the practice will be closed on:
Thursday 25th December, Friday 26th December 2025 and Thursday 1st January 2026.
If you need urgent medical advice when we are closed – please call 111. In an emergency – dial 999.
Please plan ahead if your repeat prescriptions need renewing during this period.
Additional service available over the Christmas weekend:
For urgent GP advice over the weekend of Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th December: from 8am to 2pm only please call 0333 405 4060.
This service will be available through the Richmond GP Alliance Enhanced Service Access hubs.
Pharmacy opening:
KC Pharmacy on Broad Street, Teddington with be open on 25th Dec from 10am to 6pm and on 26th Dec from 12noon to 4pm. They are also open on 1st January from 12noon – 4pm.

We know that this can be a challenging time, especially for those who may be isolated. There are lots of Christmas Day lunches and activities so no one has to be alone on Christmas. We’ve also included information about social care, NHS, food bank and mental health resources you can access while we are closed.
(The Ruils offices at the Disability Action and Advice Centre and phone lines will be closed from 5pm on Tuesday 23rd of December and will re-open on Monday 5th of January)
