Update on new clinical system

Thank you all for bearing with us as we have implemented our new clinical system this week.

We do appreciate that is has caused some disruption, particularly to not being able to book appointments in advance, some delays to non-urgent referrals and some online functionality. We are working hard to resolve any issues and will be catching up with any delayed actions over the next few weeks.

Online services through the ‘Contact us’ tab on our homepage (to order repeat prescribing and make administrative and clinical requests) and online appointment booking (through the link on our website appointments screen) should now all be working. We are aware that it is still not possible to view your medical records on the NHS app and we hope that this will be resolved in a couple of weeks.
