Patient Online Triage system
We have recently introduced a new system that will enable you to send queries through to our team. These queries will be responded to by our team within 2 working days.
Currently this system is just for use for administrative queries, but from 1st February 2023 you will also be send to send you clinical queries to us in this way.
Please note that this is for non-urgent queries only. We will triage your query and respond as appropriate – for example we may check your test results and let you know if further action is required, a GP may review your query and ask you to phone the surgery to make an appointment or we may signpost you to the most appropriate service to deal with your issue.

We will be monitoring usage of this system and adapting our processes as it is fully implemented.
