Ordering repeat prescriptions change

Please note that we have changed the way that repeat prescriptions should be ordered.

Pharmacies will no longer be able to email us your repeat prescription requests and, instead, we ask you to order these directly through our practice website.

We have found that it is more accurate for patients to order their own prescriptions as and when they are needed. With our new clinical system, it is a quick and straight forward process to order your repeat prescriptions through the practice website. This also gives us an audit trail of what has been ordered and helps us to process these quickly (within the 3 working days).

To order a repeat prescription, you just need to click on the blue button that says “prescriptions” on our website home page. This will take you to a simple form. 

Once filled in, you can click next, and you will be sent a 6-digit code to your email address or mobile to produce a tick box list of your repeat medication for ordering. 

If you are ordering prescriptions for your children then you will be able to use this ordering form, as long as your contact details are recorded for your child. Please let us know if you have any problems with this.

We appreciate that not everyone will be able to order their prescriptions online. If you are unable to access this system please speak to one of our receptionists, who will help to sort out an alternative way to order your prescriptions.
