NHS App medical records access

Please note that there is currently a problem accessing medical records on the NHS App.

You will still be able to book online appointments and order repeat prescriptions via the NHS App, but the medical records access function is not working for this practice.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we have raised this with our clinical system supplier and NHS Digital, who run the process.
