Data problems with the NHS App
Several patients have been kind enough to contact us about problems with incorrect clinical information showing about them in the NHS App. We have investigated this thoroughly in practice, and confirmed that the data is correct on our systems, so we have contacted NHS Digital, who provide the app, and asked them to fix the way they are collecting this data.
Unfortunately, we have no direct ability to fix this, and we apologise that once again a national bit of software is not working properly. Once again, we can assure you that this data is correctly stored in our systems.
