Coronavirus update
PLEASE NOTE: As advised by NHS England, most GP appointments will be telephone consultations instead of face-to-face currently, to reduce any risk of an infected patient booking an appointment and attending the practice. Once the GP has spoken to you on the phone, if they feel you need to be seen, they will book you a face-to-face appointment.
Please phone us and do not attend if you develop symptoms of covid-19 before any booked appointment.
When you attend the surgery for a booked appointment please can we ask you to wear a mask on the premises. If you feel you are unable to do this for any reason we will ask you to wait outside the building, and we will see you there.
Please phone for an appointment and do not walk-in to book. This decision has meant that we are not able to offer online booking of face to face GP appointments at this time. We have some telephone consultations to book online. Please bear with us as we do appreciate that this will mean that the telephone system will be busier and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We are constantly reviewing our appointment system to ensure that we can try to meet the high demand for appointments currently, while meeting social distancing requirements.
