Autumn 2026 Influenza and covid vaccinations clinics from mid October

We will be starting to hold clinics for flu and covid jabs from mid October at the surgery.

Invites and booking links will be sent out in a couple of weeks to eligible patients.

Please note the eligibility criteria is:

For influenza vaccinations: Patients aged 65 years and over and those (under 65 years) in an at risk group e.g. diabetes, asthma or COPD, chronic hear disease and pregnant women.

For covid vaccinations: Patients aged 75 years and over and those (under 75 years) who are severely immunosuppressed.

We will also be sending out invites for children aged 2 and 3 years old to book their influenza vaccination – this is in the form of an intranasal spray.

School age children (reception to year 11) should receive this in school.
