Park Road Surgery Opening Times

Please note that our telephone lines are open from 8.30am to 6.30pm (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

*Extended Hours:

The practice now offers extended hours appointments. All these doctors' and nurses' appointments are pre-bookable. The reception staff will be happy to help you between these times with enquiries and appointments. We are open all day for calls, collection of letters, etc.

Friday mornings

Please note that we normally hold a practice meeting on Friday mornings, so although we open at the normal time there will not be any GP appointments available between 8.30-9.30am.

Routine appointments with the doctors are ten minutes in length.

When The Park Road Surgery is Closed

The practice's out of hours emergency service is commissioned by the Richmond Clinical Commissioning Group.

If you need urgent medical advice when the surgery is closed please call 111.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
